RECIPE:Ā Joanna Krupaās Shake Your Booty Shake
INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
- 1 scoop Real ProLife Nutrition
- 1 scoop Superfood Natural Mojo Fit Chocolate
- 1 pkg Sambazon Pure Unsweetened AƧai Berry (frozen)
- 1/2 organic fresh papaya (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1 T organic flaxseed 365 Whole Foods
- 1 T organic black chia Seeds 365 Whole Foods
- 1 cup organic almond milk 365 Whole Foods
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 avocado pit (washed, dried, outer skin removed)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend in a high power blender such as a BlendTec for 1 minute
- Adjust the thickness by increasing or decreasing almond milk
