In a bowl, add one sliced tomato
Add one diced onion
Add 3 sliced avocados
Salt and pepper and crushed red chili to taste.
Using a masher, combine all ingredients until creamy, like a guacamole.
Heat black beans in a pot and add to guacamole mixture. Stir.
Combining

Veganism is something I`ve been looking more into lately. I`m sure that this is the only sustainable diet of the future but I`m just not ready to make the commitment yet. So, I`m trying to eat as ethically as possible by eating organically, not perfect but baby steps. I`m trying to cut back on my meat intake aswell. I`m sure at some point I`ll become a vegan but I`m also sure this is going to be a long process.
