Tasty Black bean patties
1 tin organic black beans
1/2 t-spoon smoked paprika
3 stone ground wheat crackers crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend ingredients together, shape & griddle 5 mins each side. Serve hot
Simple Stir Fry
Chop 2 cloves garlic and a finger of ginger
Fry together until golden in a large pan
Add a generous splash of organic coconut aminos seasoning sauce to garlic and ginger
Add frozen mixed vegetables to the hot mix and keep stirring on a high heat for 3-4 minutes until veggies are al dente but not over cooked
Serve with patties and garnish to taste (we used Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce)
