Roasted Broccoli Leaves
Ingredients:
Enough leaves to cover bottom of pan
Olive oil (I use the shaker from Costco)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Wash and pat dry broccoli leaves. Remove as much stem as possible (broccoli stem is rather touch).
Arrange leaves in bottom of pan. Lightly spray both sides of leaves with olive oil spray.
Very lightly sprinkle leaves on one side with salt, pepper and garlic.
Back for 8-10 minutes depending on oven temp and preference (for crunchiness).
Remove from pan and lay leaves on paper towel.
