Behind a slaughterhouse, workers prepare the skins of the freshly killed cows and horses, including newborn calves. Yes, that’s a horse’s tail. Can you imagine having this job? We’re paying for this when we buy flesh and items made from animals. Countries and regions all over the world, including all Western countries, have various customs, trades, and traditions still very much alive in their cultures that involve the commodification and exploitation of animals.
