Christmas Crack, A.K.A Candy Cane Bark
A CHRISTMAS CRACK RECIPE
Learn how to make a delicious holiday plant-based treat, which could be considered Christmas Crack, on this episode of #SLunchBreakLIVE with the incredible athlete and fitness coach, Jane Elizabeth. Jane is the creator of the fitness community called Badass Rebel Runners. She is also a committed mother and author of the best-selling book “Become a Badass Rebel Runner.”
OUR CHEF OF THE DAY
Jane Elizabeth is an author, motivational speaker, fitness coach, life coach, athlete, business owner, musician and mom. WOW! After spending nearly two decades working in sales, management, and human resources, she found that what she most enjoyed was mentoring others. With a leap of faith, a kick-ass work ethic, and a lot of grit, Jane turned her passion for serving others into her full-time career. Using her unique blend of humor, badassery, and compassion, Jane captivates audiences large and small.
One day she realized she was responsible for her life, her health, and the example she was setting for her daughter. So she set out on a journey to completely change her life. With a new focus on creating a healthy vegan lifestyle, Jane lost over 80-pounds. She is now an endurance athlete, no longer suffering from asthma.
Armed with her knowledge of health and wellness, Jane set out on a mission to help others. She’s been through it all so she meets her readers where they are in their own personal journey. She inspires and motivates others to create the life they’ve always wanted by sharing her story.
Although Jane holds many titles, being a mom is her favorite and most important title of all. She most enjoys spending time with her daughter and their rescue dogs, whether they are learning, playing, working on a new project, or simply relaxing.
Originally from Minnesota, Jane and her family now reside in Los Angeles, CA, and thoroughly enjoy the warmer weather, palm trees, beach, and being a part of the L.A. community.
