1st Klass Vegetable Medley w/Couscous
Ingredients
- Bell Peppers Orange,Yellow, Green Peppers
- Cherry Tomatoes
- mushrooms
- Couscous
- garlic
- olive oil
Instructions
- -Cut up all vegetables and put into your pan with olive oil, let simmer for 5 to 10mins
- -Use a medium size pot to boil your water
- -Add couscous to water, turn down and let simmer for 5 to 10mins.
- - When couscous is ready, take a fork or spoon and stir in the garlic.
- -Combine Vegetables and couscous together.
