Get your mango on! Today’s #SaturdaySnackDown brings you Sahar Belle, a plant-based Recipe Developer, Juicer, and Content Producer. She makes us an irresistible Raw Mango Jicama Salad with gobs of fresh avocado. This is such a delicious meal, and oh so healthy!

For those of you who like to eat super healthy, whole foods, plant-based, this recipe is for you! This Jicama Mango Salad is so unique, so filled with flavor, and so super healthy. The crunch is delightful and the fresh avocado adds a creamy yumminess. You can either put the mango salad on top of a round piece of jicama, to keep it totally whole food, or you can put it on top of a tostada. Both are healthy choices. I have tried several of Sahar’s recipes, and she has a real talent for creating delicious, healthy, plant-based creations. Her food never lacks in flavor or texture. Just incredible! One of my favorite recipes of hers she made on another episode of #LunchBreakLIVE, which is her Mexican Queso Fresco. Damn was it good! You can check out that episode HERE. Jicama Mango Salad
- 1 Large Mango
- 2 Large Roma tomatoes
- 1 Large Purple onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 Large avocados
- 1 Large cucumber
- 1 Large jalepaneno no seeds chopped
- 1 Bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 Large limes
- 1½ - 2 cups Chopped Jicama
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Chop all ingredients mix them into a bowl and Voila!
Make Jicama tostadas by making rounds out of your pealed Jicama and loading them up with your delicious Mango Salad.
