NOW, LET’S MAKE VEGAN BANANA MUFFINS!
Most people crave a good muffin now and again, so this recipe will come in handy for those irresistible cravings. They are quick to make and fun for the whole family. Every bite is packed with flavor because these aren’t just ordinary vegan banana muffins, they are LOADED vegan banana muffins! Each bite will come with a burst of banana, walnut, and chocolate chips. You just can’t go wrong.

Easy Bake Loaded Banana Chocolate Chips Walnut Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flower
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Just Egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp if baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 C of vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 C of walnuts
Instructions
- Smash bananas with a fork. Add JUST eggs. Add oil. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients. Add vegan chocolate chips & walnuts. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out each muffin and place in a greased muffin tin.
- Cook for 22-26 minutes on 350 degrees. Easy Bake Loaded Banana Chocolate Chips Walnut Muffins
