LET’S MAKE A CINNAMON ROLL IN A MUG, LIKE NOW!
Cinnamon rolls have always been one of Tonia’s favorite things! However, she rarely needs more than a single serving at a time so she found this delicious, easy recipe that allows for making a single serving instead of a whole load of cinnamon rolls, which can be dangerous, at least for me! Ha ha! And the best thing is that it only takes a few minutes to prepare these morsels of heaven, and you don’t have to turn on the oven. All vegan, all easy, and delicious!

Vegan Cinnamon Roll In A Mug
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS FOR GLAZE TOPPING:
- 1-2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE CINNAMON ROLL:
- ¾ C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ C non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ Tbsp. vegan butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. In a medium sized bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and non-dairy milk together until it’s no longer dry. Mix together with hands and knead it 1 or 2 times. Flatten into a disk. Make sure there are no dry spots left. Add a bit of flour to a cutting board or mat and shape flour mixture into a rectangle. Roll out dough to a 6” rectangle. Spread a layer of vegan butter over ½ of the mixture. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on half of dough. Fold dough over once and roll. Spray inside of mug with non-stick cooking spray. Place cinnamon roll inside and drizzle ½ tsp of water over the top. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. For the glaze topping-whisk small amounts of non-dairy milk into powdered milk slowly, until it is the consistency where you can drizzle it. Drizzle glaze on top! Enjoy!

I love a delicious sweet treat for lunch! This is such an exciting recipe for me because one reason I don’t make desserts at home is that I don’t want all those treats in my house. It is impossible for me to just eat one if they are in front of me. But now since it is possible to just make ONE treat at a time, I am all about it.
