Veganism is not an elitist lifestyle. Many of these ingredients were bought at Costco. You can live on a budget and still enjoy wonderful vegan food! Try making breakfast tonight and enjoy an easy breezy nutrient-filled breakfast tomorrow!

Spirulina Surprise Overnight Oats!
1 Cup Regular Oats (not instant)
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk (or plant milk of your choice)
1 Tbsp. Plant-based Protein- Vanilla Flavor
A squirt of Vanilla Flavor
1/2 Tsp. of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. of Spirulina powder
1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
Stir all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight for at least 6 hrs. Add optional toppings like coconut flakes or fruit (fresh or dried) in the morning and Enjoy!
