Who wants the recipe?

Corrine’s Grandma Jo’s Salsa

 
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes
4 Green Onions
1/2 White Onion
1 Bunch Cilantro
Serrano Peppers
Juice from 4 Limes
3/4 -1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Habanero Pepper (optional)

Dash of sugar for taste (optional)

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to desired consistency.

(Trim ends off green onions and add whole, cut stems off serrano peppers and add whole as many as you want depending on your desire for spice!)

For the tacos:

Sauté chopped or thinly sliced
1/2 a Sweet Onion
Large Red Pepper
Add any other veggies you desire
Onceifhtly brown, add in a pre-made JackFruit package of your choice. Mix it all together, add to warm tortilla of choice, squeeze lime on top and garnish with fresh cilantro, this homemade salsa and Follow Your Heart sour cream.
