When Italia isn’t working, she attends animal rights activist events like Save Movement vigils, marches, protests, and activist group meetings. She loves bringing her tiny rescue chihuahuas with her to events to cheer people up. Her biggest passion is helping find shelter dogs forever homes. She advocates for pet adoption saying, “Every time someone buys a dog, a dog dies.”
Italia is also an amazing makeup artist and she only uses cruelty-free makeup. She proves that people can be just as glamorous without causing other beings to suffer. Italia readily shares her favorite vegan makeup brands and expresses her excitement that the Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act, SB 1249, that recently passed in California. Soon all makeup used in California won’t be tested on animals in the United States!
Italia’s cookies are delicious and they are also super easy to make! You can whip these up in a flash and share them with your friends and family or eat them all by yourself! 6. Use approx. 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie. Form small balls of dough and slightly flatten each cookie onto a parchment-lined baking sheet with a fork
