How Can You make This Easy Vegan Dessert With NO COOKING at all?
EASY VEGAN DESSERT
A multi-generational cooking event, showing us how to make an easy vegan dessert with no cooking! Grandma and Forrest Hutchens are whipping up fruit and nut truffles in the virtual Ellora Wellness kitchen on #LunchBreakLIVE for #JaneUnChained. These delectable treats took just a few minutes to make, and are uncooked, keeping them raw and living. By not cooking them, you’re preserving the nutrients that get destroyed with high heat (some nutrients, however, such as lycopene in tomatoes, are more available when cooked). All you need are some dried fruits, nuts, cacao powder, sweetener, spices, (optional oil), and then freeze for an hour to harden them. You can sprinkle JustOne Organic strawberry or raspberry crystals on top for some more fruitiness. How fast and yummy does that sound? This is a great treat to bring to all those parties you won’t be going to. LOL. (Stay home and stay safe!)
