Now Back To The Mochi Bread and Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Delight!
I love a good smoothie, and one that is perfect for the Fall, with that pumpkin flavor, sounds just perfect! I never would have thought to make a smoothie with pumpkin pie flavors. It sounds simply divine! And then as an added bonus, Hollan showed us how to make Banana Chocolate Chip Mochi Bread. Oh my and oh yum! That sounds like the perfect combination, Mochi bread, and a delicious smoothie.
Ready To Blend Up This Delicious Smoothie and Get Baking?
I hope so because I am posting the recipes below so you can try both of these delicious Fall treats, straight out of Hollan’s cookbook. I am super excited to try these recipes, especially the pumpkin pie smoothie, that just sounds so delicious! I mean pumpkin pie in a beverage form, how can you go wrong? And it’s healthy too!
Pumpkin pie smoothie
- 4 bananas
- 1/2 Can of pumpkin filing
- 2 C almond milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 C romaine
- Blend & serve
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top!
Banana chocolate chip mochi Bread
- 3 cups sweet or brown rice flour
- 3 cups banana - mashed
- 1- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips mini
- Mix together all ingredients but add chocolate chips at the end. Pour into parchment lined Pyrex 9x 13 and bake at 375 for 35 mins
