ANGELA YVONNE, A VEGAN LOVE STORY
Angela’s love story with media began after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a double B.S. in Public Relations and Broadcasting. Her comfortability with media behind the scenes as a publicist pushed her to the front, gaining keen knowledge of all things Pop Culture. MUSHROOM TACOS MADE IN MINUTES
Mushrooms are used in many recipes as a “meat alternative” because of their texture and ability to absorb flavor so well. Angela uses cauliflower combined with mushrooms to come up with the perfect texture and flavor for her plant-based tacos. These are so easy to make, they would be perfect for those days you just don’t have a lot of time. Make them on Taco Tuesday, or any day of the week. they are that good!
Cauliflower Mushroom Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Mushrooms of choice
- 1 Cup Of Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Cup Of Kale
- 1 Handful of Red Cabbage sliced
- 3 Tortillas of choice
- Radish
- Avocado
- Onions
- Garlic
- Coconut Aminos
Instructions
- Saute with Onions and Garlic and Coconut Aminos for about 10 to 15 Minutes
- add a little water put a lid to steam the veggies and flavors together
- Plate torts and mix. Garnish with radish and avocado.
