SHE LIVES A CRUELTY-FREE LIFE AND TEACHES OTHERS TO DO THE SAME
Renee Koff Saifer was born in Los Angeles California and attended UCLA. She is married with 3 daughters and 2 grandsons and lives in Studio City California. Renee worked as a real estate broker for 12 years and then began to study nutrition. At 35 years old she began to meditate and developed a spiritual connection, that extended to all sentient beings. In her quest for understanding how animals went from farm to market, she was shocked to discover the cruelty involved in food “processing” and the connection between illness and food choices.
For the last 40 years, she has chosen a “cruelty-free” lifestyle. She believes we vote with our dollars and avoids all animal skin, flesh, and by-products. As a vegan, she is shocked at how the world doesn’t understand that you cannot be an animal “lover” and support the killing, abuse, and confinement of animals in the food industry and beyond.
Renee is now 75 years old and works as a consultant for those who are interested in the KTA lifestyle. (Kindness To Animals). For the last 5 years, she has been pursuing the joys of writing and performing in stand-up comedy. her hobby is converting her favorite recipes into cruelty-free plant-based meals.
Renee says, “Logic is so powerful, if you step back and look at how we get ourselves in and hopefully out of predicaments. Eating clean plant-based foods results in a healthier body and better quality of life, and finding humor in human behavior, relationships, and getting older, makes life much more fun,’ she says.
