BAKED CAULIFLOWER WITH A TWIST
Baked cauliflower doesn’t have to be boring. Try pouring over a deliciously cheesy and creamy sauce to spruce it up a bit…or a lot! Tonia does it again with this surprising twist on the generally simple baked cauliflower side dish. She shares with us the secret to her creamy sauce that turns this recipe into the masterpiece that it is. Have trouble getting your kids to eat their veggies? Try this recipe! The sauce just may win them over and get them to eat this healthy veggie!

CREAMY CAULIFLOWER POUR OVER
Ingredients
- 1/2 C plant-based milk
- 1/3 C vegan mayonnaise
- 1/3 C grated vegan parmesan cheese
- 1/2-3/4 C shredded vegan cheese
- 1 Tsp yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Clean a head of cauliflower. Place in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Carefully remove from water and place it in baking pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. (No need to heat!) Take cauliflower out of the oven and pour creamy mixture over the cauliflower. Bake again for another 15 minutes at 350. ENJOY!
