These ingredients turn a regular tortilla into a party!

You can use serrand wrap when they are chilling in the fridge to keep their shape before you slice them!

These pinwheels are sure to be a hit at all of your get-togethers!

Recipe for Vegan Mexican Pinwheels.
1/2-1 green chili (depending on how spicy you want), finely chopped
1/2 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 package Tofutti cream cheese (8 ounces) – softened
1 package Tofutti sour cream (8 ounces)
1 cup shredded Daiya cheddar cheese
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
8 flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together. Then fill 1/3 of each tortilla with some of the mixture, and roll it tightly up. Refrigerate for 1 hour, and then slice each roll into several pinwheels.
