The protesters are asking the slaughterhouse to release some individuals but the company has refused.

The march commenced with a great welcome speech from Brianna Martelozzo. She explains that San Diego was discouraged from hosting this march but they rose above the criticism and were ready to make every bit of an impact for the animal rights movement that they possibly can!

Animal rights activists have converged here for international #WakeUpWorld week with Chino Cow Save and The Save Movement holding a vigil in front of a slaughterhouse that kills cows. Two-thirds of the way into this video you can see what appear to be the cows’ body parts spewing out.

Behind a slaughterhouse, workers prepare the skins of the freshly killed cows and horses, including newborn calves. Yes, that’s a horse’s tail. Can you imagine having this job? We’re paying for this when we buy flesh and items made from animals.
