The Recipe
JUST Eggs/100% Plant-based Recipe
Ingredients Include:
1 Container of Plant-based JUST Eggs
1 TBL Earth Balance spread
2 TBLs Miyoko’s Cream Cheese LOX Flavored
Lightlife Savory Chickenless Tenders (optional)
1/2 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Avocado
1 Handful of Basil
Dave’s Killer Bread and/or
Follow Your Heart gluten-free bread
Get Busy:
Melt Earth Balance spread in a pan. Sauté the chopped onion until golden. Pour the JUST Eggs into the hot pan. Cook until fluffy. Toast the bread. Spread the Miyoko’s LOX Flavored Cream Cheese on the toast. Place the cooked JUST Eggs atop of the bread and garnish with sliced tomato, avocado, and basil. Optionally, add the warmed, pre-cooked chickenless tenders on top. Enjoy!
