SIMPLE VEGAN MEAT ALTERNATIVES
Your lunch or dinner doesn’t always have to be a “recipe” or complex dish. In this busy world sometimes we just want to throw together a simple sandwich and call it a day. This is that kind of meal. It is simple to make, super tasty, and far better for the environment and your health than animal chicken or other meats. Make it your own and stack the sandwich with whatever toppings and dressings you love.
Scrumptious Chick’n ECO-Mindful Sandwich
- Hungry Planet Chicken “Grilled Strips”
- Dave’s Killer Bread Bun
- 1 Romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 Heirloom Tomato
- 1/4 Avocado
- Spicy Mustard
- Trader Joe’s Vegan Mayo
- Miyoko’s Butter
- Warm up the pre-cooked plant based chick’n strips for 8 mins in non-stick pan
- Toast the bun
- Spread spicy mustard, Trader Joe’s vegan Mayo and or Miyoko’s butter onto bun
- Add lettuce, tomato, avocado and chick’n strips
- Add grilled onion and mushrooms
- Stack! Enjoy!
