LOOKING FOR DELICIOUS VEGAN MEAT SUBSTITUTES?
Looking for ways to eat more environmentally friendly? Vegan meat substitutes are a great way to get started. Today’s guest, Paige Parsons Roache, shows us how to cook up “chef-crafted” Hungry Planet chick’n strips that are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, and earth-conscious meat alternatives. Hungry Planet is on a mission to bend the curve on personal and planetary health with its full range of delicious, nourishing, plant-based meats. Let’s EAT!
“MAKE AMERICA GREEN AGAIN” IS HER MOTTO
“MAKE THE PLANET GREEN AGAIN” is Paige’s favorite saying. Her daughter went vegan at age 13 and Paige joined her 6 months later, after watching the documentary Cowspiracy. She is committed to bringing environmentally conscious vegan living to the forefront and reports on all the latest animal rights news, including The Save Movement’s vigils, various PETA protests, VegFests, AV Cube of Truths, vegan conferences, and more. She now produces and co-hosts a weekly show, “Plant-Based In the ‘Burbs,” on JaneUnChained News Network with Sherri Johnson. Together they support people in transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle. As Senior Booker and Producer at JaneUnChained News Network, Paige books guests and interviews for award-winning journalist and New York Times’ best-selling author, Jane Velez-Mitchell, founder of JNN. Mother of two children in their twenties, and married twenty-five years, Paige is living a passion-filled life of purpose.
SIMPLE VEGAN MEAT ALTERNATIVES
Your lunch or dinner doesn’t always have to be a “recipe” or complex dish. In this busy world sometimes we just want to throw together a simple sandwich and call it a day. This is that kind of meal. It is simple to make, super tasty, and far better for the environment and your health than animal chicken or other meats. Make it your own and stack the sandwich with whatever toppings and dressings you love.
