LunchBreak LIVE

DAILY VEGAN COOKING SHOW

LunchBreak LIVE is a vegan cooking show that happens LIVE on Facebook every day at 12:30 pm Pacific/3:30 pm Eastern. Each day a different chef whips up a new 100% plant-based, dairy-free meal, with absolutely zero animal products, zero cholesterol, and tons of great flavor and nutrition! Hundreds of vegan chefs, celebrities, athletes, and social media influencers have taken part and never repeated a recipe once, proving the astounding variety of vegan cuisine. We also discuss how meatless menus are better for human health, the environment, and, of course, the animals. LunchBreak LIVE also showcases vegan restaurants in Los Angeles and around the world.

The show is a production of UnChainedTV Vegan News Network, a 501 c(3) non-profit.
