The PlantEmpowered Summer Benefit rocked the house! Twenty something animal activist Aimee Batuski organized a fabulous, fun, chic event to introduce her family and her massive number of hip friends to the vegan lifestyle. Check out her delicious dinner party at the vegan restaurant GustOrganics to benefit Mercy For Animals and a plant-based cardiac wellness program at Montefiore Medical Center.
