Simple Recipes that are Simply Divine
“Cinnamon makes us feel satisfied.” Gianna notes, impressing us with her use of natural, organic products. The best part of her cookie-making is the lack of measuring. A dash here. A dollop there and voila! Gianna says that, due to her vegan diet, her body has never looked better, and her hair, skin, etc. has never been healthier!
And the best part, Her aerial acrobatics. “Oh my God” is right!!! Gorgeous, elegant, and gracefully incredible skills! And to top everything off, Gianna is an activist and advocate for animal rights and the planet. She attends vigils with LA Animal Save and spreads the message that consuming animals is completely unnecessary when you can eat amazing vegan food while preventing heart disease! Thank you Gianna. Gianna's Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
- Baking Sheet
- 1 Banana
- 1.5 cups Oatmeal
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips vegan
- 1 tbsp butter vegan
- Preheat Oven to 300 Degrees Fahrenheit (unless you have a Celsius oven too then 160 degrees)
- Take 1 banana and about a cup and a half of oatmeal and put it in a bowl. And then add a couple dashes of cinnamon for satisfaction and feel free to add a touch of vanilla extract and vegan butter or chocolate chips (optional).
- Then mash it all together and place them in cookie shapes on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes. Feel free to do a cookie song and dance... And there you go, delicious super simple oatmeal cookies!
Gianna’s Hummus Recipe:
2 cups rinse and drained chickpeas
Little bit of an Red Onion
1/2 Red Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
whole Lemon juiced
Generous pour of Ginger dressing (secret ingredient)
Throw it all in a blender and blend (blend dance optional). Garnish with black sesame seeds, or add oil if you want. She eats it with tortillas cut fourths. And there you go Hummus!
