Plant-based Milk and Cookies Anyone?? Hop on the Bakery Truck!

“Food Trucks are taking over the world!” The Bakery Truck collaborates with the Word of Mouth food truck, with their plant-based comfort cuisine in North Hollywood on Wednesdays.  And oh the excitement when Kate comes off the truck with the cookie sandwiches and cold brew. Don’t forget the  Silk Almond Milk Creamer, because after all it was World Plant-based Milk Day! But for us that’s the norm every day, because we know drinking milk meant for a another species baby is weird.

Social Media influencer Nicole, explains that after seeing her family suffering from several different illnesses, she found out that a plant-based diet can change and prevent these ailments. It was a huge wakeup call for someone with culinary training and she went vegan because of it. Nicole was able to fight off her body’s inflammation by not consuming dairy. How amazing is that? Now she’s running triathlons, and owning her life with all her post vegan energy! You go girl!

Jane can also attest to how wonderful people feel when they transition to plant-based lifestyles. Unbelievably she is turning 63 next month, and there is no argument she has more energy than anyone we know! Jane also explains that not eating meat or animal products can help with depression and several other mental conditions. Skipping dairy helps with allergies and it helps the environment by not contributing to factory farming which is the leading cause of greenhouse gasses and world hunger! Go dairy-free, live better, feel better, save the world, and jump for joy with all us!

The cookies are so good they have Jane singing from the rooftops! And Sean treats us with custom poem he made up on the spot! But they aren’t done, the vegan cookie cake leaves Jane speechless. Yes this truck is a must-try if you can get up to North Hollywood. Eat up and wash it down with your plant-based milk everyone!
