A Closer Look At The Power Bowl Made For Us

This bowl is packed with nutrition.  It has cucumber, celery, apple, banana, blueberries, walnuts, topped with protein oat milk, goji berries, grain-free cereal & spirulina greens.  Talk about health….am I right?  If you need a boost in your nutrition intake, this bowl is sure to help out.  That is why it is called the power bowl! You can really choose whatever fruits and nuts you like for this bowl.  The options are endless.   The recipe is super simple and requires no cooking.  so I hope you give it a try.

Fresh Power Bowl

There are a ton of different types of power bowls to choose from, but this one is so jam packed with nutrition and flavor, it is sure to become one of your favorites.

Servings 2 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber peeled & diced
  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 c blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 celery stalk sliced
  • 1/2 c raw walnuts
  • 1/4 c dried goji berries
  • The liquid:
  • 1 c Your favorite plant milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
  • 1 tbsp spirulina greens
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add whole ingredients of fruits and veggies to your two bowls
  • mix together the milk, protein powder, spirulina, and cinnamon in a shaker cup and pour over fruits & veggies to enjoy with a spoon.
