Say goodbye to the days of rice cakes and boring spreads. These vegan snacks from The Roaring Vegans, Indian Life Foods, Toby’s Foods, My Favorite Indulgence, Trader Joes, and more are PACKED with flavor! On this special edition of #LunchBreakLive, we take you through our honest thoughts on all these vegan treats. Watch to see which are our favorites!
The Secret to Eating Vegan is Making the Vegan Choice the Easy Choice
With a husband that is #AlwaysHungry, it’s important to keep easy vegan snacks within an arm’s length. Thus, we are constantly on the search for new delicious nutrient-dense snacks to have on hand. We like to keep nutrient-dense snacks like bars, chips, and other goodies in our car, at Jake’s work, and even my purse.
Wash Your Vegan Snacks Down With A Cold Brew Latte
Out with the old and in with the DELICIOUS! Remember when the only vegan coffee option in the cold case was a plain black cold brew? Well no more! These days several companies offer various vegan lattes and flavored coffees including Trader Joe’s.
And Don’t Forget Your Sweet Vegan Snacks!
Get ready to do a vegan dance! Why? Because there is now a vegan version of the Queen Anne chocolates we grew up on. These Queen VegANNEimals come in a small and large box by The Roaring Vegans. Check out their Etsy shop to see all their vegan and social justice themed offerings and to learn how they support The Rancher Advocacy Program and ACLU through their sales.

and Jake Vaage @OGFunkyMonk
Growing up, hunting, fishing, and eating animals was in the framework of Jake’s family. Then in late 2015, he met Chelsea! At the beginning of 2016, Jake did a 22-day vegan challenge that changed his life. He lost 7 pounds, his skin cleared up, and he started sleeping more efficiently. Following the challenge, he stopped eating factory-farmed animals, and not too long after that, he stopped hunting and fishing and became a passionate vegan advocate, animal rights activist, and athlete. Shows how anyone has the power to change! In recent years, Jake has been getting nerdier about proper nutrition and peak performance leading him and Chelsea to start a health and wellness business. Follow his workouts, meal prep, and more on Instagram @jakevaage.
Join Chelsea and Jake on #CouplesCookin Tuesdays at 6pmPST/9pmPST on Facebook.
