RECIPE: Caprese Salad with Fresh VeganMozz
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, shredded
- 1 pkg of Miyoko’s Kitchen Fresh VeganMozz
- 1 yellow sweet pepper, julienne sliced
- 10 kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic glaze (reduced balsamic vinegar)
- 1 head of green leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- Arrange the green leaf lettuce on a plate
- Place each of the ingredients on the lettuce
- Drizzle with the Balsamic glaze
- Enjoy!
