RECIPES
Gluten free, vegan, oil free Cookies:
1 cup of quick cook oats
5 really ripe bananas (lots of spots)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of alcohol free vanilla extract
*Feel free to add vegan chocolate chips, raisins, any nut butter or maple syrup
Bake at 320F for about 8-10 min until desired firmness
Hummus:
4 cups of cooked garbanzo beans (I use 2 bags of beans by FIG food Co. Inc) comes in BPA free bags
1/2 pepper
A slice of onion
1 clove of garlic & 1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup of Gyocha (Dave’s Gourmet Koran kitchen) ginger dressing
Blend until smooth
