A Café in Berlin Brings Sweet Vegan Smiles to our Faces!!!

#JaneUnChainedEurope as Jane & That Snarky Vegan Girl hit Mitte in the heart of Berlin, Germany where we immediately stumble upon the extraordinary Katjes Café Grün-Ohr, Alles Veggie, a coffee house with sumptuous vegan pastries and candies! Mindblowingly delicious! Can you say Avocado Chocolate Brownies?

Only a block into the trip, Jane and That Snarky Vegan Girl found this vegan café, and they saw other signs for cruelty-free offerings. The vegan banana bread, streusel, scones, and many other tasty-looking we can’t pronounce, were all vegan! Head into the back and you find a sweet lady, named Nicole, making all the vegan baked good magic. Berlin is one of the vegan capitals of the world, and it could not be more evident with amazing places like this.

Jane and That Snarky Vegan girl have been using the Happy Cow application to find amazing vegan offerings on their travels. Happy Cow is a wonderful application and website that can be a vegan or plant-based person’s best ally. Just jump on the app and search for all vegan restaurants or locations that offer vegan options, and there you go! It’s a wonderful resource for those who want to eat great vegan food wherever they are, and it’s international!

Jane is in heaven in this place. From the zimtschnecke roll to the apricot strudel, all Jane can say is “Oh my God” and “Heaven” over and over. It must be good! Please save us a bite Jane!  Stay tuned for more of the #JaneUnChainedEurope tour, while we explore more amazing places in Berlin!
