There is a global captive wild animal crisis and it’s getting worse. The Wild Animal Sanctuary is home to hundreds of wild carnivores rescued from traveling zoos, basements, circuses, tiny cages, and worse! The worst of humanity and the best of humanity. An exciting update: TWAS has recently purchased an additional 9,000 acres in a remote area of Colorado where they will be able to rescue and re-home more captive wild animals. Dani Rukin in Colorado reporting for #JaneUnChained News.
