These recipes for pumpkin muffins and red velvet milkshakes are sure to be a hit.
Vegan Halloween Recipes That Are Simple!
I love vegan Halloween recipes that are simple to make, but still fun and tasty! These muffins and the milkshake are perfect! I am providing the recipe below so you can try these out for yourself. I don’t think you, or the kids, will be disappointed, so give them a try!
Vegan Halloween Recipe: Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box of Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Bread & Muffin Mix
- 1/2 C veggie oil
- 1/2 C of water
- 1/2 C plant-based milk
- egg replacer equivalent to two eggs
- 1/4 C of plant-based chocolate chips
- 1/4 C of Dandie’s marshmallows
- 1/8 C Goji Berries
Instructions
- Combine oil, water, plant-based milk, egg replacer mixture, and the box of mix into a bowl until creamy. Spoon in 2 large spoonfuls of mixture into a greased muffin tin tray, until each one is full. Bake. Remove. Add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and Gogi berries on top to decorate. Enjoy!

Red Velvet Milkshakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cherries frozen or raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put all in blender and blend.
