Featured recently on a specialized Million Dollar Vegan video, Kenziah regularly volunteers with various animal rights’ groups, including Vegan Outreach.

Vegan Halloween recipes are a big hit this time of year, so get prepared.  Halloween might be a little different this year with the Coronavirus Pandemic still in full force, so it might be a good idea to make some extra Halloween treats for the little ones this year.  These recipes for pumpkin muffins and red velvet milkshakes are sure to be a hit.

Vegan Halloween Recipes That Are Simple!

I love vegan Halloween recipes that are simple to make, but still fun and tasty!  These muffins and the milkshake are perfect!  I am providing the recipe below so you can try these out for yourself.  I don’t think you, or the kids, will be disappointed, so give them a try!

 

Vegan Halloween Recipe: Pumpkin Muffins

Course Breakfast, Side Dishes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Bread & Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 C veggie oil
  • 1/2 C of water
  • 1/2 C plant-based milk
  • egg replacer equivalent to two eggs
  • 1/4 C of plant-based chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C of Dandie’s marshmallows
  • 1/8 C Goji Berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine oil, water, plant-based milk, egg replacer mixture, and the box of mix into a bowl until creamy. Spoon in 2 large spoonfuls of mixture into a greased muffin tin tray, until each one is full. Bake. Remove. Add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and Gogi berries on top to decorate. Enjoy!

Notes

There are so many options for plant-based eggs, including flax seeds and water, apple cider vinegar, Ener CT, “Neat Egg”, Follow Your Heart’s “Vegan Egg”, apple sauce, and tofu, to make several. Please look up the appropriate amounts and measurements for each one.

Red Velvet Milkshakes

Course Drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of cherries frozen or raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Put all in blender and blend.

Vegan Halloween Recipes To Brighten Up The Holiday!
