On this episode of #LunchBreakLIVE Jane Elizabeth made Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings that are DELICIOUS. I mean…I am a fan of the Cauliflower Wing…a Cauliflower Wing connoisseur if you will. I’ve tried them all. And let me just say, these wings hit the tastebud jackpot. They are so delicious…and so easy to make. I am impressed!
The Recipe
Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
You Will Need
2 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/8 cup hemp seeds (shelled)
1/8 cup flax meal
Directions
Combine ingredients, mixing together until cauliflower is covered.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 11-12 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
Let cool and serve!
