RECIPE:  Tasty, Tantalizing Tostadas from Vegan Monk and Tammy Whitmore Coleman
INGREDIENTS
- Guerrero pre-cooked tortilla (tostada)
- 1 can Amy’s Refried Beans with Jalapeños, heated
- 1/2 c shredded lettuce
- 2 T plant-based meat alternative
- 2 T guacamole
- 2 T black olives, pitted and sliced
- garnish with chopped cilantro
- Secret Sauce (see below) or hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Heat up Amy’s refried beans
- Spread beans over tortilla
- Add shredded lettuce
- Add a plant-based meat alternative
- Add guacamole
- Top with sliced black (pitted) olives
- Garnish with cilantro
- Sprinkle on some hot sauce of your choice
