Add some water if mixture becomes too thick for the blender to spin

Blend ingredients at high speed to a semi-sticky mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup of coconut.
Filling:
– 1  1/3 cup coconut cream
– 3.5 oz dark vegan chocolate
– 1/3 cup coconut oil
