This is a very fast meal hack that takes only 10 -15 mins to prep. All you
have to do is take all the ingredients together and place them in a
skillet. When it comes to measurements, I just used the whole block of tofu.
The bell peppers and onions were measured or eyed balled at 1/2 of a cup
chopped. And all the other seasonings I used I eyeballed it because
this was the flavor. And the seasonings I don’t measure for macros
because it’s significantly small and it’s just used for taste.
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 – 15 mins and your plate is done.
Experiment with the flavors until you get a taste that suits you. But
overall this is a fast meal hack that is macro-friendly especially for
fat loss!
