And now here is the recipe from this very special #LunchBreakLIVE
Space Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of walnuts
20 dates
1 teaspoon of sea salt
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup shaved coconut
1 tablespoon spoon cocoa
1 tablespoon espresso coffee beans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crust: Layer 1 on bottom: add walnuts, sea salt,10 dates, maple syrup to a food processor and blend until sticky then pat into cake dish.
Second layer in the middle: add 10 Dates, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut in food processor blend then pat down into cake dish
Top: 3rd layer melt semi-sweet chocolate on the stove with double boil technique in a glass bowl on top of boiling water, mix often to not burn. Poor on top of the cake
4th layer put espresso beans shredded coconut in blender blend sprinkle on top of the cake to make the stars in the universe. Enjoy!
