Alfredo Sauce Recipe
2 cups non dairy milk
3 cups soaked cashewsÂ
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup brags
2 tbsp agave
1 yellow zucchiniÂ
1/4 cup yellow miso
Blend all ingredients until smooth and set aside.
This sauce is eaten either heated or raw. For the raw spiralize yellow zucchini add Italian parsley and sauce. For the heated fettuccine Alfredo use pasta following manufacturers instructions add warm sauce Italian parsley and vegan Parmesan cheese.
The dish can be raw or cooked. Raw uses spiralized zucchini. Cooked uses pasta!
