I think we’ve died and gone to cookie heaven!
Today Maya shows us how to make perfect round cookies and royal icing, three different ways, for all of your holiday parties! Maya explains! You have to start off with a really good cookie dough and an ice cream scoop. The ice cream scoop is the secret to that perfectly round cookie. Maya also recommends using a good parchment paper versus greasing a pan for the best result. There is a wide variety of delicious cookies available from Maya’s Cookies. Their most popular cookie is the marble fudge flavor. It won first place at the Del Mar Fair and we can see why! Maya is also a master of cookie decorating. She makes it look so effortless, and the end result is beautiful!

Tracy helped Maya transition to veganism. Maya had watched many documentaries, and she had also read plenty of vegan materials beforehand, so she was already leaning towards veganism. Having Tracy as a client when she was personal training, helped her on her way! She and Tracy teamed up and they started holding vegan potlucks and sharing recipes with everyone. Shelly, the VP of online sales for Maya’s cookies, also transitioned to veganism, thanks to Maya!
