VEGAN PANCAKES
Dry ingredients:-1 cup all purpose flour-2 tbsp coconut sugar-1 tbsp baking powder-1/2 tsp salt-1-2 dashes of cinnamonWet Ingredients:-1 cup non dairy milk1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp vanilla extractDirections:In a medium mixing bowl add all dry ingredients.Stir to combine. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk together.Do not over mix.Let batter sit for a couple minutes while your pan heats up.When cooking surface is heated lightly grease the pan with a tbsp coconut oil.Then pour about 1/4 cup batter into your pan. When the top of the pancake begins to bubble flip to the other side until golden brown.Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup. ENJOY!
