Delicious Vegan Pancakes!

This recipe for vegan pancakes by certified vegan health coach Natalie Schwartz ( @themodernmamahood  ) is an absolute favorite!! So light and fluffy with just the right consistency and sweetness. The cinnamon adds the perfect amount of zest and the apple cider vinegar adds a lightness to the texture. You must try these for your next family breakfast. They’re sure to be a huge hit! The Recipe

Dry ingredients:
-1 cup all purpose flour
-2 tbsp coconut sugar
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1-2 dashes of cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
-1 cup non dairy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl add all dry ingredients.
Stir to combine. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk together.
Do not over mix.
Let batter sit for a couple minutes while your pan heats up.
When cooking surface is heated lightly grease the pan with a tbsp coconut oil.
Then pour about 1/4 cup batter into your pan. When the top of the pancake begins to bubble flip to the other side until golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup. ENJOY!
