Get Rolling With Raw Veggie Rolls

These beautiful little rolls, wrapped in nori seaweed and filled with raw veggies, are the perfect mouth full of goodness and nutrition.  They are so quick and easy to make, nearly anyone can do it.  Do you like to dip?  Grab your favorite plant-based dip and try dunking your rolls for added flavor.  All you need are a few vegetables, the nori, and some rolling skills, and you are good to go.

Vegan Raw Veggie Rolls

These raw veggie rolls are so simple to make and bursting with raw vegan nutrients.
Course Appetizer
Cuisine Asian

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nori sheets
  • 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Place one nori sheet down on a bamboo rolling mat, add some cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts, and bell peppers.
  • Roll the ingredients into the nori sheet using the bamboo rolling mat to help make the roll tight.
  • To seal the nori sheet, dip your finger into water and run it along the end of the sheet.  Finish rolling the wrap to create a seal.
  • Remove from the rolling mat. With a sharp knife, slice the wrap in halves or smaller "sushi-like" pieces.
