It is so simple to whip up and packed full of many nutrients to keep your battery running for hours! The colorful array of veggies makes this meal super healthy. Drenched in homemade smokehouse dressing, the salad brings delicious flavors throughout.
5-Star Smokehouse Salad
Ingredients
- Salad Ingredients:
- 1 head of red leaf lettuce chopped
- 1 cup kale chopped
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms
- 2 medium carrots shred
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- Smokehouse Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Lemon Peeled
- 3/4 Cup Water
Instructions
- For The Salad:
- Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl.
- For The Dressing:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over your salad and enjoy!
